Spend five days immersed in the beauty of South Africa's Cape Winelands, where expansive mountain views, quiet mornings, and the rhythms of nature invite you to slow down. Our February retreat is designed to create space for movement, rest, and meaningful connection, with daily yoga and breathwork with Olivia Otten, nourishing meals, and plenty of free time to spend exactly as you choose. Alongside time to unwind by the pool or wander the farm's fynbos-covered hills, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy rejuvenating facials and treatments with Rhian Truman, curated wine tastings, a day on safari, and other experiences that bring the best of the region into the retreat.
Set on a working farm just outside Franschhoek, 7 Koppies is one of those rare places that feels both deeply grounding and endlessly inspiring. Surrounded by 50 hectares of protected fynbos, the beautifully restored guesthouse blends timeless design, thoughtful hospitality, and an effortless connection to the landscape. Every space has been created to encourage you to exhale, settle in, and feel completely at home.

About Olivia
Born and raised in Cape Town, Olivia has been teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork practices for the past 10 years. She is one the head teachers at the online and in-person mindfulness studio, Open. She aims to share the tools and techniques that helped her process grief and PTSD - her style of teaching is trauma-informed and centers embodiment and introspection with the intention to create space for holistic healing. Originally teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga she now specializes in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Transformational Breathwork.
About Rhian
Rhian is a renowned facialist with 15 years’ experience working with the UK’s leading beauty brands, editors, and celebrities. She recently served as Resident Facialist at Soho Farmhouse.
Rhian’s approach to skincare has made her one of the most sought after facialists in the UK today. Having trained at the acclaimed Champneys College, her extraordinary standards and emphasis on natural, exceptional results see her clients travelling from wide and far to seek her advice and care.
Having experienced eczema, Rhian's problematic skin piqued her interest in skincare from an early age. She has a no-shortcut, hands-on approach with an emphasis on sculpting massage and lymphatic drainage which has afforded her the nickname ‘Magic Hands’.

Mountain Suite

This spacious room has views in three direction and a unique wraparound bathroom with fantastic views of the valley, mountains and gardens.
The room is in upstairs in the main house and has the added bonus of having access to the wonderful library!
Valley Suite
$4,200/person (1 spot left!)
Detached from the main house and truly one of a kind. Stylish, intensely comfortable, it features a wood-burning fireplace, a bay window with a daybed for lounging, and a sun-drenched deck with breathtaking views of the Franschhoek valley, surrounding mountains, and pool.
The exposed brickwork and eclectic design add unique charm as does the two-person shower and direct access to the pool.
Orchard Room
$3,800/person
Vibrant and charming, this cosy upstairs room is sure to put a smile on your face. Perhaps it’s the playful rainbow-striped rug, the quirky owl lamps, the beautiful garden views, or the whimsical paintings that add a dash of humour to the walls. And then there’s the wisteria-draped balcony, where you can relax as the orchard and vegetable garden stretch out before you, with the majestic Bakenkop mountain standing guard in the distance.
